The hotel’s location was convenient in Seminole, making it easy to get to and appropriate for our needs. While the rooms were extremely small and had several maintenance issues such as a falling curtain and a leaky shower head, the hotel worked out perfectly for us. Unfortunately, the service was lacking with unresponsive employees and a disappointing housekeeping experience. The location was rated high as it was easy to access and ideal for the purpose of the stay.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and clean, but they were not ready when we arrived at 5:00 pm. However, once settled, the room was quiet and clean. The service went above and beyond expectations, but there was a disappointment with housekeeping not attending to the room as expected. The dining experience was lacking variety, and the breakfast options were not fully replenished. Despite these aspects, the hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but there were some issues with beds and noise insulation. Service was a bit disappointing as the housekeeping missed cleaning our room completely one day. The location was convenient for our needs, but the noise level was bothersome. The dining was below expectations due to limited breakfast options. Despite some shortcomings, the overall stay was decent considering the value for money.
